Hank Kuehne is a former professional golfer who was born on September 11, 1975, in Dallas, Texas. He played collegiate golf at Oklahoma State University, where he was a standout player and helped lead the team to two NCAA team championships in 1995 and 1996.
Kuehne turned professional in 1998 and joined the PGA Tour in 2000. He had some success on the tour, with his best finish coming in 2003 when he finished tied for third at the Buick Classic. However, he struggled with injuries throughout his career, including a severely injured shoulder that required surgery.
After several years of trying to compete at the highest level, Kuehne decided to retire from professional golf in 2007. He has since focused on his career as a golf course designer and has worked on projects around the world.
Kuehne comes from a well-known golfing family, as his sister, Kelli Kuehne, also had a successful career as a professional golfer on the LPGA Tour. His brother, Trip Kuehne, is also a talented amateur golfer who has competed in several prestigious events, including the U.S. Amateur Championship.
